**Warehouse Supervisor**
Medford, Oregon
**Description**
This position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehousing, delivery and customer service functions, as well as, working to build a strong team by implementing objective and measurable goals and standards. The Warehouse Supervisor must also demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude toward fellow Team Members and customers. **Education/Experience/Skills**
* High school diploma or GED required
* 4-year college degree preferred
* Warehouse experience required
* Supervisor experience required
* Prior direct customer service experience -- desire to work directly with customers
* Understanding of inside sales, outside sales, warehouse and delivery functions
* Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
* Strong decision making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong people management and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done
* Able to operate computer terminal, personal computer and office machines
* Able to communicate with the public in person and on the phone
* Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facility(s)
* Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and inventory on a frequent basis
* Able to organize people and promote teamwork
